As a full-time blogger and content creator, I understand firsthand the impact that working with social media can have on your mental health.
Over the years, I have battled burnout, rejection, disappointment, and bullies. And since I’m already prone to anxiety and depression, my mental health would decline if my job became too overwhelming.
A few years ago, I set out to study why social media can have such a negative affect on our mood. I learned a lot of the frustration and sadness I was feeling was due to my own mindset!
I had been setting myself up for failure with unrealistic expectations and unhelpful habits.
Through extensive research, focused mindset work, and dedicated practice, I’ve managed my burn out and found a greater sense of happiness in my social media work.
As a coach, I aspire to assist fellow content creators, bloggers, and influencers in overcoming their own mindset challenges, enabling you to find greater joy in your online presence.
